How long is the drive from Miami or Fort Lauderdale?+
From Miami, most Everglades entrances are about 50–90 minutes depending on traffic and which visitor center you choose. From Fort Lauderdale, plan on 60–100 minutes.
Can you wait while we take an airboat or tram tour?+
Yes—book hourly “wait & return.” Your chauffeur remains on standby and coordinates pickup if cell coverage is limited at the dock or tram station.
Are park entry fees or tour tickets included?+
No. Transportation only. Park admission and third-party tour tickets are paid directly to the provider or NPS.
What’s your cancellation policy?+
Sedans & SUVs—free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup. Sprinters & Minibuses—free up to 72 hours. Stretch limos—free up to 48 hours.
Do you provide child seats and coolers?+
Child seats available on request. We provide bottled water; small coolers are welcome. Please keep food sealed to avoid wildlife issues.
