Can we request a child seat or accessible boarding?
Tell us the child’s age and seat requirements, or the assistance and equipment you need, before confirming. We must confirm a suitable arrangement; do not assume every vehicle has the same seats or accessibility features.
What happens if an airport arrival is delayed?

How are extra stops, waiting and overtime handled?
