Agreement

The customer agrees to rent a bus from Venture Limo under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Rental Period

The rental period shall begin on the date and time specified in the reservation and shall end when the bus is returned to the agreed-upon location. Any changes to the rental period must be agreed upon in writing.

Rental Fee

The customer agrees to pay the rental fee as specified in the reservation, along with any applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excess mileage, or additional services requested.

Deposit

A deposit may be required at the time of reservation.

Cancellations

Black Sedan and SUVs 6-hour notice needed

Sprinter Vans and minibus 48 hours (about 2 days) cancelation notice needed

Coaches 50 to 55 passenger 72 hours (about 3 days) cancelation notice needed

No Shows without cancellation

If a User or guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time at the designated location, the ride will be deemed a no-show. In such instances, the full fare for the ride is still payable by the customer, although additional charges for waiting time will not be applied.

For pickups at airports or train stations, a ride is classified as a no-show if the passenger fails to appear without prior cancellation within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time at the predetermined location. In the event of a no-show, the customer is required to pay the full fare for the ride, although no additional charges for waiting time will be incurred.

Rates

Tolls, taxes, and other fees may not be included in the calculated cost of the ride and the customer may be responsible for additional charges. Rates are subject to change at any time due to demand and availability.

Extra stops are available to add to the service. Customers who wish to add an additional stop must pay a minimum fee depending on the distance of the stop. Most stops charges are counted by 30 minutes to 60 minutes of service.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is authorized, it will be processed within 72 hours, not including weekends and federal holidays. The completion of the refund is then managed by the customer's financial institution. Customers are advised to contact their financial institution for updates on the status of their refund.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $500 fine and possible termination of service without refund.

Damage

Please help us keep our vehicles nice for the next passenger. Damage or excessive trash will be the responsibility of the charter party. Some trips will be charged a “security deposit” which will be refunded if the vehicle is returned in original condition.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $500 fine and possible termination of service without refund.

Pets

We love pets, and they are welcome with advance reservations. Pets less than 25 pounds may be held in a lap carrier. Pets larger than 25 pounds may require an exclusive vehicle. All pets must be properly secured within the carrier at all times. Service animals are permitted on vehicles. Please be mindful of the vehicle size while booking rides with a service animal.

Delay

Venture Limo makes every effort to meet your schedule; however, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for occasional delays that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the arrival and departure times as submitted and will not be liable for delays caused by an act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, riot, strikes, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, poor road conditions, snow storms.

Equipment

When necessity dictates, Venture Limo reserves the right to hire equipment or work through brokers and/or contract carriers to fulfill this contract.

Luggage

Venture Limo will not be liable for the loss of any personal items or luggage stored in or under the coach. Luggage must weigh less than 50lbs.

Itinerary

A detailed itinerary is important for any successful trip. Please send us a complete itinerary at least two days prior to your trip including specific loading points, street addresses, and any special directions. If your itinerary differs from the basis for this confirmation, the price is subject to change. While most transportation costs can be anticipated and included in the estimate, customers are responsible for unplanned costs such as parking, entrance fees, tolls or others.

Carriage of Children

Users must request safety seats for children by adding a comment with the specific requirements, including the number of children being transported, their ages, and the type of seating needed.

Venture Limo reserves the right to add surcharges when/if economic conditions subject us to significant increases in the cost of doing business.
